LARKIN, Frank: World War 1 Medal Index Card

World War 1 medal index card for Frank LARKIN. He was a Private in the 1st Battalion North Staffordshire Regiment. He entered the theatre of war on 10 Sep 1914. He was awarded the Victory Medal and the British War Medal. He was killed in action (9 Jul 1915), and there is a note to say that the medals were returned. There is a further note on the reverse of the card relating to his wife, and deceased men of Lichfield whose next of kin were entitled to the 1914 clasp.
